RAF 100 Seaking And Chinook Coin

This coin is the second in a series of 10 coins being issued to celebrate the RAF at 100 years. Each coin issued will feature some of the most loved and iconic aircraft from the history of the Royal Air Force, up to the present day. This Second RAF 100 coin shows the venerable and distinctive yellow Sea King HAR3 in the hover on the obverse, whilst the reverse shows the workhorse Chinook showing off its unique rotor configuration.
The coin measures 50mm (two inches) in diameter, weighs 55 grams and is supplied in a fitted presentation box with the specially designed RAF100 anniversary logo in silver on the lid inside and out.
